About Life Coaching

​Life coaching with me is about more than setting goals. It's about YOU! ​It’s about reconnecting with who you are and deciding who you want to be.

 

In coaching you can gain clarity and insight, so you can release fear and self-doubt, reframe limiting beliefs, and step into your new self with confidence and purpose. Coaching gives you the space to understand where you are now, where you want to be and figure out how to get there. You can learn to trust yourself again, move forward with intention, and be grounded in wellbeing, resilience, and self-leadership.

About Me

As an experienced, certified coach with roots in therapy, I’ve watched clients go from stuck to thriving, and stayed with them through every bump along the way. My own journey into coaching began when I moved from the UK to the United States. I was faced with the reality that my counseling credentials weren’t recognized here. I wasn't sure what path to take or how to be a new version of me. In that space of not knowing, I discovered coaching. It aligns  with my passion for helping people, and one that facilitates your growth & change.

 

I have worked my way to being a PCC credentialed coach, and have since gone on to serve as a coach trainer for 2 programs and an ICF mentor coach, helping others begin or deepen their own coaching journeys.​

What matters most to me is working with integrity, compassion and a genuine realness that supports people who feel stuck, whether in their life, career or relationships.

My approach is collaborative, intuitive and heart-centered. We don’t just coach to achieve goals, we go deeper. We coach to your soul because real change is about identity, not just action. As a coach, I won't tell you what to do but I will be with you to help you figure out what is best for you, what you need to let go of & how to get there. I'll be there with insights and feedback and suggestions.
