Laura is passionate about working in a collaborative, heart-based style, coaching to the soul and not just to the goal. Helping you to create meaningful and sustained change is what drives Laura. Laura is an insightful, compassionate and challenging coach, empowering you to create the changes you want by looking at where you are, what you truly want and how to get there. Being both an experienced coach and therapist, Laura brings a groundedness to her coaching, to help you with the challenges you may be facing. Professional Coaching and Coach Facilitation

In addition to the work with individual clients that she loves, Laura is faculty for the Emotional Mindset Mastery (EMM) program with Triangle Life Coaching Academy, and has also led numerous cohorts for the Certified Authentic Leadership Coach (CALC) program with Authentic Leadership Advisors. Laura loves supporting new coaches, and witnessing their growth and development, as they become the best coaches they can be. Laura is an ICF PCC Global Member, and also a Member of the ICF Raleigh Chapter. Championing coaching as a profession, ethics, integrity and a great cup of tea are core values for Laura.
